Carol is the Manager and Proprietor at Hole farm. Carol has been running the centre for 22 years and is a Level 3 Complete Coach (BHSAI). Carol has been working with horses for most of her life, and thoroughly enjoys working in the centre and helping the staff gain their professional qualifications. She is very pro active in encouraging riders from every background and culture that Birmingham offers.

Amy is a BHS Level 3 Instructor at Hole Farm. She is Level 2 qualified in Care and Riding. She has taken all of her exams through the British Horse Society. Amy is a First Aider, DBS checked and attends regular safe guarding programmes.

Faith is training to be an Instructor at Hole farm after completing her animal management courses at college. Her main job is assissting with the treks and hacks, as well as general yard duties and enjoys her riding. Faith has her BHS Stage 1 in Horse Care and Riding and is DBS checked.

Izzy is one of the younger members of the team. She has been riding and volunteering at hole farm and now is working part time since leaving school. Izzy has her BHS Stage 1 & 2 in Care and Riding and is DBS checked. Izzy's favourite part of the job is schooling the new ponies.
