Carol is the manager and proprietor at Hole farm. Carol has been running the centre for 22 years and is a level 3 complete coach(BHSAI). Carol has been working with horses for most of her life, and thoroughly enjoys working in the centre and helping the staff gain their professional qualifications. She is very pro active in encouraging riders from every background and culture that Birmingham offers.
Amy is a level 3 instructor at Hole farm. She is level 2 qualified in care and riding. She has taken all of her exams through the British horse society. Amy is a first aider, DBS checked and attends regular safe guarding programmes.
Kate is a level 3 instructor at Hole farm. She is level 2 qualified in care and riding. She has taken all of her exams through the British horse society. Kate is a first aider, DBS checked and attends regular
safe guarding programmes.
Katie is one of the level 2 instructors at hole farm. She Is also Level 2 qualified in care and riding. Katie is a first aider, DBS checked and attends safe guarding programmes.
Ben is one of the level 2 instructors at hole farm. He Is also Level 2 qualified in care and riding and is DBS checked. Ben teaches the lessons and assists with the hacking.
Ben is one of the younger members of the team. He works part time(on weekends) as he's at college during the week. Ben has his BHS stage 1 in care and riding and his ride safe award. His main job is assissting with the treks and hacks, as well as general yard duties.
Izzy is one of the younger members of the team. She has been riding and volunteering at hole farm and now is working part time since leaving school. Izzy has her BHS stage 1 in care and riding as well as her ride safe. Izzy's favourite part of the job is schooling the new ponies.
