Wear comfortable clothing for your lesson or lead ride. We advise that you don’t wear vest tops, skirts, shorts, or anything tight fitting. You must wear shoes or boots with a small heel. For your own safety you will not be allowed to ride in trainers or open shoes / sandals. We have a selection of boots which are available to borrow free of charge.
Hats can be hired for £1.00.
All of our hats meet the current BHS standard (EN1384)
For improver and advanced riders, we recommend that you buy your own riding hat, boots and jodhpurs as these will increase your safety and comfort. A body protector is also recommended to protect against the inevitable falls.
